Your Mission
- Development of unique fragrance profiles for Classic and Limited Edition lines
- Optimization of existing formulas with regard to durability, stability, and character
- Collaboration with manufacturers in Turkey and Poland to assess raw materials
- Preparation of precise formulations and laboratory protocols
- Observation of international fragrance trends and continuous product development
- Close collaboration with marketing and product development teams
- Conducting fragrance tests and sensory evaluations

What to bring
- Completed training or a degree in perfumery, chemistry, cosmetic chemistry, or flavoring substances
- Several years of experience in the development of perfumes or fragrance products
- Highly developed olfactory sensitivity and the ability to distinguish the finest fragrance nuances
- Creative thinking combined with technical understanding
- Knowledge of international standards and regulations (e.g. IFRA)
- Safe handling of formulation software and laboratory equipment
- Very good German skills, good English skills; Turkish skills are a plus
- Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented way of working
