General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.

For Germany: Pursuant to Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

For Austria: In the following terms and conditions, "consumer" means "Konsument" within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG).

For Switzerland: In the following terms and conditions, "consumer" means "Konsument" under Swiss law.

2. Contract partner, conclusion of contract, correction options

By listing the products in our online shop, we do not make a binding offer to conclude a contract, but merely invite you to submit a binding offer by placing an order. You may initially place our products in the shopping basket without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process.

By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract for the goods contained in the shopping basket. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. This does not yet constitute acceptance of your offer.

A purchase contract is only concluded when we accept your order by dispatching the goods. We will inform you of dispatch by email (dispatch confirmation).

3. Contract language, storage of contract text

The language(s) available for concluding the contract: German

We store the contract text and send you the order data and our General Terms and Conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrectly provided address, the customer may choose either a refund (minus the shipping costs) or reshipment upon payment of the additional shipping costs.

The same applies if a shipment is not collected in time from a parcel locker, post office branch or parcel shop and is therefore returned to us, although the customer was duly informed of the collection option.

In both cases, we reserve the right to retain the original shipping costs incurred or to carry out reshipment only after prior payment of the new shipping costs by the customer.

4. Delivery conditions

Shipping costs are charged in addition to the stated product prices. Details of the shipping costs can be found in the offers.

We deliver by shipment only. Unfortunately, collection of the goods in person is not possible.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

Credit card
During the ordering process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after the order is placed.

PayPal, PayPal Express
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself using your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. Further information is provided during the ordering process.

PayPal may offer registered PayPal customers selected according to its own criteria additional payment methods in their customer account. However, we have no influence over the offering of these methods; any other individually offered payment methods concern your legal relationship with PayPal. Further information can be found in your PayPal account.

PayPal Plus
In cooperation with the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), we offer you the following payment options as PayPal Services. Unless otherwise stated below, payment via PayPal does not require registration with PayPal. Further information is provided with the respective payment option and during the ordering process.

PayPal, PayPal Express
To pay the invoice amount using the PayPal payment option, you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself using your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out by PayPal immediately after the order is placed.

Sofort by Klarna
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, you must have a bank account enabled for online banking, identify yourself accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction. Your account will be charged immediately after the order is placed. Further information is provided during the ordering process.

Apple Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA ("Apple"), you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with Apple, have activated the Apple Pay function, authenticate yourself using your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after the order is placed. Further information is provided during the ordering process.

Amazon Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Amazon Payments Europe S.C.A. 38 avenue J.F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg ("Amazon"), you must be registered with Amazon, authenticate yourself using your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out within one banking business day after the order is placed. Further information is provided during the ordering process.

Klarna
In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden ("Klarna"), we offer you the following payment options. Payment via Klarna is only available to consumers. Unless otherwise stated below, payment via Klarna requires a successful address and credit check and is made directly to Klarna. Further information is provided with the respective payment option and during the ordering process.

Purchase on account via Klarna
The invoice amount is due 30 days after dispatch of the goods and receipt of the invoice.

Instalment purchase via Klarna
You can pay the invoice amount in monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount. The minimum instalment amount is 6.95 Euro.

Klarna credit card
During the ordering process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged by Klarna immediately after the order is placed. No address or credit check will be carried out.

Klarna direct debit
You issue Klarna with a SEPA direct debit mandate. Klarna will inform you of the date on which your account will be debited (so-called prenotification). Your account will be debited after the goods have been dispatched.

6. Transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery company as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences whatsoever for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurer.

7. Warranty and guarantees

7.1 Liability for defects

The statutory liability for defects applies.

For consumers residing in Switzerland:
As soon as feasible in the ordinary course of business, you must inspect the condition of the received item and, if defects become apparent for which the seller is liable under warranty, notify the seller immediately. If the consumer fails to do so, the purchased item is deemed approved, unless the defects were not recognisable during the customary inspection. If such defects become apparent later, notification must be given immediately upon discovery; otherwise, the item is deemed approved in respect of those defects as well.

Please return the defective product to us together with a description of the defect. You shall bear the transport costs incurred. We provide warranty by remedying defects. This shall be done, at our discretion, either by rectifying the defect (repair) or by delivering a defect-free item (replacement delivery). If subsequent performance fails, you are entitled to withdraw from the contract. This does not apply in the case of insignificant defects. A right to a price reduction is excluded.

7.2 Guarantees and customer service

Information on any applicable additional guarantees and their exact terms can be found with the respective product and on special information pages in the online shop.

8. Liability

We are always liable without limitation for claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives or agents

in the event of injury to life, limb or health,
in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
in the case of guarantee promises, where agreed, or
insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.

In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which is a prerequisite for the proper performance of the contract and on the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely, (cardinal obligations) through slight negligence by us, our legal representatives or agents, liability is limited in amount to the damage foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded, the occurrence of which must typically be expected.
Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.

9. Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
