Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without stating any reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the first goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ecomsky GmbH, Rote Straße 19, 37073 Göttingen, Germany, email: support@elusa.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.

Special Notes
If you finance this contract by means of a loan and later withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are also your lender at the same time, or if your lender makes use of our involvement with regard to the financing. If the loan has already been paid to us when the withdrawal takes effect, your lender shall assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or the return. The latter does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives).
If you want to avoid a contractual commitment as far as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you are entitled to a right of withdrawal for that as well.
