Your Mission
- Shop design & user experience: You develop and optimize the visual appearance of our Shopify shop - including landing pages, product pages, and graphic elements - and ensure a seamless, inspiring shopping experience.
- Packaging & product design: You are responsible for the design of our product packaging, labels, limited editions, and visuals — from the initial idea to the final print file.
- Branding & Visual Identity: You further develop our brand world and ensure that design, style, and tone of voice remain consistent across all touchpoints.
- Mockups, 3D visuals & product presentations: You create high-quality mockups, renderings, and visual concepts that we use for product pages, campaigns, and launches.
- Conversion-optimized design: You work closely with the e-commerce team and use design as a strategic tool to optimize user guidance, conversion rate, and customer retention.
- Campaign design: You develop graphics, banners, creatives, and visual elements for campaigns, social media, ads, newsletters, and launch announcements.
- Interface with marketing, product development & manufacturers: You work closely with the product team and our manufacturers to implement packaging, materials, and design requirements precisely.

What to bring
- Experience in graphic design, UX/UI, or product design
- Very good knowledge of common design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva or similar)
- Experience with Shopify themes is a plus
- Creative flair for colors, shapes, layout & visual brand management
- Experience in packaging design & print preparation
- Ideally, basic knowledge of 3D software (e.g. Blender, Cinema4D)
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
- Very good knowledge of German (B2/C1/C2), good knowledge of English
- Passion for lifestyle, fragrance, and beauty products
