- Several years of experience in social media management, ideally in the lifestyle or beauty sector
- Deep understanding of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and current trends
- Creative flair for visual content and compelling storytelling
- Experience with social media tools (e.g. Later, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)
- Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Working independently and in a structured manner
