Sehr gutes Angebot 4 für 2 genutzt. Ich finde es gut, dass es die 15 ml Größen gibt. Genug, um ausgiebig zu testen, bevor man eine große Flasche kauft und praktisch für unterwegs. Super ist, dass man die Düfte ausprobieren kann und wenn es nicht gefällt wieder zurückschicken. So geht man kein Risiko ein.

Leider eine reine Katastrophe. Die Organisation und der Service lassen sehr zu wünschen übrig. Das Personal wirkt völlig unkoordiniert und offenbar weiß niemand so recht, was der andere macht. Absprachen funktionieren nicht, Zuständigkeiten sind unklar und als Kunde fühlt man sich mit seinen Anliegen nicht ernst genommen.

Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Hier besteht aus meiner Sicht dringend Verbesserungsbedarf – insbesondere bei der Organisation, Kommunikation und beim Kundenservice.
