Your mission
- Development & implementation of the CRM strategy: You build our CRM roadmap and implement measures that increase customer loyalty and encourage repeat purchases - across all channels.Insert point here
- Automated customer journeys: You develop automated flows, e.g. welcome series, abandoned cart, product discovery, and after-sales, and continuously optimize them.
- Email marketing & personalization: You plan, create, and analyze campaigns, identify target audiences, and use personalization to maximize the relevance of each message.
- Customer segmentation: You create data-driven segments — for example, based on purchasing behavior, interests, or CLV — and ensure that communication is tailored precisely to the customer.
- Daten analysis & performance KPIs: You evaluate relevant KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversion, CLV, churn rate, cohorts, etc.) and use them to derive clear recommendations for action.
- Optimizing the customer experience: You analyze touchpoints along the customer journey and identify opportunities to proactively improve the customer experience.
- Interface with E-commerce, Marketing & Support: You work closely with the E-commerce and Marketing team and ensure that our customers receive a consistent brand experience across all channels.
- Testing & Innovation: You run A/B tests, evaluate new tools, CRM features, and trends, and constantly develop new approaches to scale Elusa further.

What to bring
- Experience in CRM or lifecycle management, ideally in e-commerce or the D2C sector
- Very good understanding of data, customer journeys, and segmentation logic
- Experience with CRM tool Klaviyo
- Analytical thinking, strong numerical aptitude, and a structured way of working
- Creativity in email marketing and a strong sense for brand communication
- Secure work with KPI dashboards and reporting tools
- Very good German skills, good English skills; knowledge of Turkish is a plus
- Independent, precise, and solution-oriented working style
