What is the oil content?

The oil content in our fragrance twins is 18%. This ensures that the scent is intense and long-lasting.

How long does delivery take?

After you have placed your order, it will be carefully packaged and prepared for dispatch within one working day. Delivery itself usually takes between 1 and 3 working days. We will endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

What to do if the delivery is damaged?

Please contact our support team immediately if your delivery arrives damaged. We will solve the problem for you as quickly as possible.

How do I return my order?

To return your order to us, register your return on our returns portal within 14 days of receiving your goods. Go to the returns portal here.

We would be happy to inform you about our conditions for returns.

Returns are only possible if the entire fragrance is returned. However, fragrances must be in their original packaging, unused (1-2 sprays for testing are fine) and undamaged to be eligible for a refund. We want to make sure that the original packaging is intact and shows no external signs of use or damage.

Please note that we will carefully inspect the return.
If we discover that a certain amount of the fragrance is missing from the bottle or that the fragrance has been used, we are not obliged to refund the money.

To ensure smooth processing of your return, please note your order number in addition to your sender details. This will help us to allocate your return.
We would like to inform you that we charge a return fee of €3.99 in Germany and €7.99 internationally for your return label. This amount will simply be deducted from the refund amount.
