- Responsibility for the entire recruiting process: job postings, applicant management, interviews, and onboarding
- Support for managers in performance management and employee development
- Maintaining HR metrics and reporting to management
- Designing employer branding activities to position our company as an attractive employer

What to bring
- Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a comparable field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in HR, ideally in a dynamic environment
- Solid knowledge of employment law and HR software
- Reliable, structured, and conscientious approach to work – even when handling many parallel tasks, you keep track of everything
- Resilient, solution-oriented, and motivated to give my best, even during stressful periods
- Enjoyment in organizing, thinking ahead, and efficient execution
- Clear, friendly, and professional communication – both internally and externally
- Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English an advantage
