What to bring
- Completed degree or training in quality management, chemistry, cosmetics, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in quality management, ideally in the perfume/fragrance/cosmetics industry
- Very good understanding of raw materials, fragrance compositions, and production processes in the perfume industry
- Knowledge of quality assurance for fragrances, perfume oils, and finished products
- Experience working with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and external laboratories
- Ability to analyse quality deviations and derive sustainable measures
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of accuracy
- Very strong communication skills, team orientation, and a high sense of responsibility
