Elusa is a fully digitalized company and is therefore one of the most modern companies in Germany. We are an energetic, ambitious team and are looking for a full-time Senior Media Buyer (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.

Your mission

  • Planning, execution, and scaling of paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok
  • Responsibility for large media budgets and their efficient use
  • Continuous optimization of campaigns in terms of ROAS, CPA, CAC, and LTV
  • Development and implementation of structured testing and scaling strategies
  • Analysis of performance data at campaign, ad, and creative level
  • Deriving clear action recommendations for budget allocation
  • Close collaboration with creative strategists, editors, and designers
  • Briefing creatives based on data-driven insights
  • Building and Maintaining Scalable Account and Campaign Structures
  • Monitoring and optimization of tracking, attribution, and data quality
  • Creation of performance reports and forecasts for management
  • Monitoring platform updates, trends, and best practices

What to bring

  • Several years of experience as a media buyer or performance marketer (senior level)
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
  • Proven experience in managing larger media budgets
  • Very strong numerical understanding and analytical thinking
  • Safe handling of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV)
  • A high degree of ownership and sense of responsibility
  • Experience with tracking setups (pixels, events, attribution) is an advantage
  • Understanding Creative Performance and Funnel Logic
