Your Mission

  • Independent management of the entire recruiting process, from job posting to onboarding
  • Close coordination with hiring managers for needs analysis and defining requirements
  • Active sourcing and candidate acquisition via social media, job boards, networks, and direct outreach
  • Conducting interviews, assessments, and managing the selection processes
  • Maintenance and optimization of applicant management (ATS/CRM), as well as building a talent pool
  • Development and implementation of recruiting strategies and employer branding initiatives
  • Analysis and reporting of relevant recruiting KPIs (e.g. time-to-hire, quality of hire, conversion rates)
  • Support for strategic workforce planning in collaboration with HR, Marketing, and Management

What to bring

  • Several years of experience in recruiting, ideally as a Senior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Erfahrung in recruiting for digital, fast-growing companies or e-commerce is an advantage
  • Safe handling of ATS systems and applicant tracking tools
  • Very good knowledge of active sourcing, social recruiting, and employer branding
  • Experience in conducting interviews and selection procedures
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and persuasiveness
  • Analytical thinking and experience in reporting recruitment metrics
  • Teamwork skills and a hands-on mentality
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
