Your mission
- Several years of experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer, ideally in e-commerce or a digital product environment
- Development of user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Optimisation of existing pages and processes with regard to usability and conversion
- Analysis of user behavior (heatmaps, funnel data) as well as conducting UX and A/B tests
- Close collaboration with e-commerce, marketing, and development teams, including a smooth design handoff
- Development and maintenance of design systems as well as ensuring a consistent brand and design language
- Support for relaunches, feature development, and product optimizations
- Continuous improvement of the user experience, taking UX best practices and design trends into account

What you need to bring
- Demonstrable experience in content creation (portfolio required)
- Very good understanding of user-centred design, UX methods, and conversion optimisation
- Confident use of design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) as well as prototyping, wireframing, and design systems
- Analytical, data-driven work with an understanding of user psychology
- Ability to present complex requirements in a structured and visually clear way
- High standards of quality and attention to detail
- Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
- Understanding of technical feasibility as well as team-oriented collaboration with developers
